At CTHS we are working towards streamlining processes by supplementing or phasing out paper forms wherever possible, so this list will become more extensive over time.

Description
The BYOD User Charter must be agreed to, signed, and returned before students are permitted to bring their device to school and connect it to school facilities.
For changes of residential address, email address, phone number or emergency contacts.
To request a loan laptop if student’s BYOD device is temporarily out of action.
To ask for permission for a student to access school materials and online platforms while they are overseas.
